Is SUTOK financial advice?

No. SUTOK is research and education software. It shows evidence — indicator values, sentiment, patterns — and you make your own decisions. Nothing on SUTOK is a recommendation to buy or sell securities.

Where does SUTOK data come from?

Quotes and candles come from Yahoo Finance, headlines from Google News, sentiment from public Reddit posts, and AI research notes are generated by Google Gemini from those same inputs. When a data source is unavailable, SUTOK says so rather than substituting made-up numbers.

Is SUTOK free to use?

Yes. Technical verdicts and all 36 lessons are free, with no credit card required. AI deep analyses cost 20 coins; you get starter coins on signup and subscriptions include monthly coin allowances.

I'm new to trading — where do I start?

Start with Module 1 of the free curriculum (Technical Analysis Basics — 8 short lessons with quizzes), then analyze a stable stock like AAPL or SPY in Learn mode, which explains every signal as you read it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the SUTOK website (sutok.org) or mobile application (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

SUTOK provides algorithmic and AI-generated technical analysis, sentiment data, and market information for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before trading. Past performance and any signals, probabilities, or scores shown do not guarantee future results.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, where required) to use the Service.

4. Virtual Coins

The Service uses "coins," a virtual in-app currency used to run analyses and access certain features. Coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable. Coins may be earned (for example, by watching ads or daily rewards) or purchased. Purchased coins are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change coin pricing, earning rates, and feature costs at any time.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Premium and Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe; mobile subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are governed by that store's terms. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Abuse, automate, scrape, or overload the Service or its APIs;
Manipulate coin rewards, ads, or promotions, or attempt to obtain coins or features fraudulently;
Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data without permission;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

7. Third-Party Data

Market data, prices, news, and social sentiment are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of any data and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by SUTOK and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUTOK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the account deletion page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
